Today is 9-09-09. What makes your life rich?
Just for today, think in terms other than monetary. Like taking a walk under a shady canopy of trees, or sharing ice cream with your best friend. Or getting a phone call from a family member who is far away, just because they want to make sure you are alright and to tell you they love you. Or snuggling with your cat or dog and feeling their unconditional love pour over you like a warm blanket.
Spending time in meditation is helpful for us to live in the present moment. Lighting a candle and holding the intent to send love and light into the world goes a long way.
There are really only two emotions on this planet -- Love and Fear. And we have the free will to choose each moment of each day which one we will serve.
